These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the halfhour website and the purchase of products from halfhour. The store is operated by Halfhour FZE, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Licensing authority Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park. Trade license number 6914. Registered address Block B, B35 055, SRTI Park, Sharjah. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing

All items are described and priced with care. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or natural characteristics of gold and diamonds. Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email. The contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse an order at our discretion, for example due to stock limits, suspected fraud, or pricing error. If we cancel, we will refund any amounts paid for that order.

Payment

We accept major cards and supported local wallets. If you choose a buy now pay later provider such as Tabby or Tamara, your payment contract is with that provider and is subject to that provider’s terms. You must meet eligibility requirements set by the provider. Any issues with installments should be addressed with the provider.

Delivery

UAE delivery is free by standard service unless stated otherwise. GCC delivery is offered to major cities with rates and times shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts we may charge a redelivery fee.

Dispatch timing

All pieces are made to order. Production and delivery together typically take two to three weeks in the United Arab Emirates. Deliveries to the GCC may require additional time for customs at destination.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition with all packaging and documents. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Exchanges for size can be arranged when possible. Warranty and service

We provide a lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from accident, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs. We offer professional services that include resizing, polishing, and setting checks. The first resizing within thirty days is free on eligible ring styles.

Promotions and gift cards

Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to their stated terms, including validity period and exclusions. Only one promotion can apply to an order unless stated otherwise. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All content on the site including designs, photographs, text, logos, and trademarks belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

User content and reviews

If you post reviews or upload content you grant us a non exclusive royalty free worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the site and our marketing. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not infringe any rights or post unlawful or offensive material.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. Prohibited actions include attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, interfering with security features, scraping without permission, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

Third party services

The site may link to services provided by others, for example payment gateways, buy now pay later providers, shipping partners, or social platforms. These services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or losses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Data protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy. By using the site you consent to this processing where required by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and to the extent applicable the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Courts in Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the site. The date at the top shows the latest version.
