Timing
Every piece is made to order; production takes 2-3 weeks. We’ll email tracking as soon as your ring ships. Transit times vary by country.

Customs & duties
Shipments outside the UAE may incur import duties/taxes at destination. These charges aren’t included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient on arrival. We can’t cover these fees at this time, but we’ll review this as we grow and update this policy if anything changes.
