Email info@halfhour.co within fourteen (14) days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

For size exchanges, email info@halfhour.co. As a small, sustainability-minded studio, every piece is made to order, please allow time for us to craft a new piece in your corrected size. We’ll confirm the timeline and shipping once your exchange is approved.
